WHAT THE JOB IS.

Our crews self-perform the whole site package — excavation, underground utilities, footings and foundations, grading, concrete, asphalt and demolition — so there is real range here for anyone who wants it. We are looking for competent people who are ambitious and take pride in their work. Applications are read by the people you would be working alongside, not screened by a recruiter.

Where the work isSalt Lake City, Utah County and the surrounding valley. Most jobs are within an hour of the yard in Bluffdale.

What we look forYou show up, you work safe, and you keep a good attitude when the day goes sideways. Everything else can be taught.

Licenses help, and are not a wallA CDL, OSHA 10 or 30, or a competent-person card are all worth listing. If you have none of them and can run a machine, apply anyway.
